Gentle Yoga

When: Saturdays, 12-1:15 p.m., Sundays, 8:30-9:45 a.m. and Mondays-Fridays, 10-11:15 a.m. Continues through Oct. 30

Slow-paced class emphasizing breathing, relaxation and gentle stretching. Beginners welcome. Cost is per session. Classes are in-studio (limited to 10 pre-registered participants) or online. Tue & Thur ONLINE only.
