Jon--Mr. Wolf--you still don't get it. It matters not that you are withdrawing your lawsuit. You still refuse to be part of this whole 'mourning and coming together' process that rest of the Tucson cummunity has shown. Hoping to reach "negotiated settlements with those who have used this image" shows you to be what you are. Is there a heart in that chest of yours? The Green family chose that picture for the rest of us to see; your continued effort to profit from that wish is digusting. I hope the good people of Tucson remember your actions!
The Green family has suffered a terrible loss. They had chosen a beautiful picture of their daughter to present and to be remembered by the Tucson community. Your selfish actions in trying to cash in on this trajedy is disgusting. I hope all who seek a photographer in the future will remember your disrespect for this grieving family.
