Exhibit Opening and Living-History Festival at the Presidio
Symbols of Our Mexican Past, a new exhibit featuring artifacts and stories related to Tucson's pioneer Mexican-American community, opens with a reception featuring Mariachi Tesoro de Tucson at 10:30 a.m., Saturday, Oct. 13; free. Living-history demonstrations and docent-led tours of the presidio site continue until 3 p.m. Maps for the Presidio Trail self-guided tour also are available; free.
