Re: “City to Rialto: Tear Down That Mural

Another non-profit theatre downtown has to pay a sign permit just to have its name painted on its building. I can understand sign permit fees as a way for the city to get revenue, but why not give a break to non-profit companies that are trying to breath some life into the city?

Yes. Felt it downtown. We're rehearsing at Beowulf Alley Theatre for the upcoming production. I was sitting in the theatre seats watching the run-through and felt a slight swaying from side to side. I thought I was just feeling dizzy, or crazy, but it turns out I'm not a loon either!
