Dr. Rodney Ford, professor of pediatric gastroenterology specializing in food allergies and intolerances, discusses why gluten in the diet is responsible for many ailments, at a gluten-free luncheon event that begins with registration at 10:30 a.m., Saturday, Oct. 6; $25, $15 member of Southern Arizona Celiac Support.
