My issue with the review here is it shows a lack of understanding about asian food. The "sauce" that comes with the tofu lemongrass is SUPPOSED to be cold, its a vietnamese style dish called bun. The review makes it seem like an error was made by the kitchen staff at snow peas when the situation is clearly reviewer preference. When it is called "not your traditional asian takeout place" I find this surprising because they actually have several traditional asian dishes on the menu, it seems that the reviewer has understanding of American-Chinese food (which is very different than Chinese food) and if you dont understand Asian food how do you know whats traditional?
