Disabled Divaz Fashion Show
The Aurora Foundation's programs championing women with disabilities benefit from a reception, dinner and fashion show at 5 p.m., Saturday, Oct. 15. The fashion show features one-of-a-kind designs by local professional fashion designers competing for a chance to dress Kelly Rowland, a Grammy Award-winning singer, actress and founder of I Heart My Girlfriends. Eighteen models have trained since mid-July in runway walks, makeup techniques and networking skills. Entertainment is provided by Triple Threat, with American Idol finalist Crystal Stark. $95.
