We are now starting to see more and more action downtown—largely thanks to the restaurant sector.
One of the first things you will notice this Saturday is a newly renovated rooftop beer garden at the corner of Fifth Avenue and Congress Street; on the night of Club Crawl®, that garden will serve as an extension of recent-addition Hub Restaurant and Ice Creamery.
Then there's renowned chief Janos Wilder and his relatively new creation, Downtown Kitchen + Cocktails, which also features live music every weekend.
Here are some Club Crawl® venues that specialize in food.
47 N. Scott Ave
This downtown bistro features modern American comfort food, eclectic wines, microbrews and hand-crafted cocktails. The owners have beautifully designed this space with comfortable booths inside, and a large outdoor brick patio. A Tucson treasure, guitarist Naim Amor, will be showcasing his three-piece lounge act with a touch of French flair from 8 to 10 p.m. under the stars out back.
375 S. Stone Ave
The cultural oasis on south Stone provides an authentic Spanish atmosphere and is known for serving tasty tapas, paella and sangria. They are having a special show titled Tablao Flamenco featuring Flamenco del Pueblo Viejo. The show will feature several guitarist and dancers, and starts at 7 p.m.
