A narration-free nature documentary that depicts 182 species of desert plant and animal life through five seasons of the desert year screens at 3 p.m., Sunday, May 19; $8, $4 children ages 12 or younger, $75 VIP includes a 2 p.m. event. The film features the work of Tucson photographer Thomas Wiewandt who's done work for the National Geographic Society. A Q&A follows with Wiewandt and those responsible for the music in the soundtrack. Several animals from the film also are present. A portion of proceeds benefits the Western National Parks Association.
