" e-cigarettes, chewing tobacco, snuff " so they are also banning things that keep people from actually lighting up a cigarette and blowing second hand smoke into the air--might as well sneak the real thing than try to reduce the harm to yourself. Many people use electronic cigarettes to help them quit smoking, but because some of them (not all mind you) contain nicotine ,NOT TOBACCO, it is included? To tell you the truth I could use an electronic cigarette not 5 ft from you and you would never know it--also how do they plan to keep people from using chewing tobacco, snus, snuff or any product that isn't smoked and therefore shows no signs of use? This has nothing to do with health care and EVERYTHING to do with posturing.
