This entire program is part of an engineered process to fill the US with foreign people who do not understand limited government. It is a purposeful racial, cultural, and national transformation into a dependent dis-attached mass with no loyalty or understanding of our traditions and no concept of limited government. These people should be turned around at the border and those here processed out! I have no doubt life sucks in the southern wastelands but I have a solution for that too. That will be another forum though.
