James Beard award-winning chef Janos Wilder will take a group of intrepid Tucson foodies through a comprehensive cooking class on Wednesday, Aug. 17 at 6 p.m. at the Carriage House (125 S. Arizona Ave). The class is $120 per person and will walk participants through proper knife skills, meat prep, sauces, and much more.
