Compassionate Yoga

When: Wednesdays, 6-7 p.m.

Gentle Yoga classes designed for the beginning yoga student. You will learn Pranayama (yogic breathing), Asanas (yoga poses), and Relaxation techniques. Bring your own yoga mat. Space is limited so please call to reserve your spot.
