Is the reader truly concerned about the food systems we are facing, now a global matter with the likes of Monsanto and others? Or is the goal to smoke screen this very real issue by criticizing, questioning and misinforming with malice those doing something about it? Monsanto's greed and desire is to secure their vested interest at the expense of our health and well-being. As we live in an information age with many an access portal - we find many of these answers ourselves. If you are sincerely interested in them, why don't you call Avalon Gardens to get some clarity on your own and stop diluting this important matter with your own prejudice? Unlike Monsanto, Avalon Gardens is securing land to produce and provide a product "for human consumption" by a collection of well-intended souls. Why does this pose such a threat to you? Using the "c" word is not only derogatory and insulting but does real harm to the lives of families who are living a pro-active chosen agrarian existence. In an attempt to offer an alternative to this greed-driven, mega-corporation owned society, one that cares nothing for the quality of your life or mine, in contradistinction to families pooling their resources for the good of all...hmm..kind of a no-brainer isn't it Mr. HumanBean? Hardly bookends...
