I suspect the legitimacy of this entire election process, at local, state and national level. On Tuesday morning when we went into vote our precinct was being run like a sideshow... people not even registered to vote were being handed ballots... political literature actually IN the voting booth... when confronted the stupid polling workers said that 'everyone' has a right to vote... weren't they trained? didn't they read the book? it was sitting right there at the sign in desk.
My husband and I went there for lunch on Tuesday... We will never go back. The service was slow, the waitress was surly there were flies buzzing around. and the food... YUCK. I ordered their breakfast slam.. the sausage was more filler than pork, the bacon was the cheapest possible kind available. the pancakes obviously came from a mix, they were tasteless and gummy, I ordered my eggs over easy.. they got that right.. but they were dripping in grease. My husband ordered their Monte Cristo sandwich.. NOT the way I was taught they were supposed to be made. He's not a picky eater, but he didn't finish his sandwich. the fries were obviously frozen crinkle cuts. I sure miss th 5 and Diner.. they made awesome ruebens.
