Cardio Kung Fu

Cardio Kung Fu is an aerobic fitness program built on a martial arts foundation. This class includes the best aspects of yoga, bag work, aerobics, self-defense and circuit training. All fitness levels welcome. Ages 12+. Call 520-594-5580 to register, beginning Saturday, May 2.
