I guess Trump doesn't know about monsoon rains either. The federal government is going to owe a lot in damages when the wall causes massive flooding.
I used to admire Senator McCain, both for his service and for his willingness to stand apart from party for the good of the nation. That McCain died during his presidential campaign. Now, he's a sad, pathetic shadow of himself and we need to retire him to Sun City.
Remember the good old days, when being stupid or crazy generally disqualified you from elected office?
Now imagine that the service dog is a bulldog and it's in the lap of the guy sitting next to you on a plane. You are allergic to dogs. When you ask the flight attendant for assistance, she invites you to get off the plane. When you complain to the airlines, they tell you the FAA mandates access. The airline has no policy to segregate service animals so you can assure that you are not flying next to one.
Pima Mujer, there is an interesting crisis brewing in the school suit. The parties are now in "settlement" talks. If they fail to settle and the judge enters a final judgment, who is going to enforce that judgment? The sheriff normally does that, but in this case, we're talking about Joe Arpaio, who is not likely to do so. How does a state court force the state to obey a court order without the assistance of the designated police power? Interesting question (one that goes all the way back to a case called Marbury v. Madison!) We could be facing a breakdown of the rule of law in Arizona over this case.
What's interesting about the lack of detail both in Ducey's campaign rhetoric and in his State of the State address? He was State Treasurer for four years! If four years did not give him the necessary insight into the budget and state operations, what will? Mr. Business either can't read a spreadsheet or doesn't want to.
Is this paid advertising? Sure reads like it.
