Buddhism, the Brain and Happiness

We are intrinsically driven to pursue happiness. However, pleasure does not produce an abiding happiness. This two-session workshop will examine the Buddhist view of happiness and methods of attaining it, as well as insights from current Western psychology and neuroscience.
