Historian, author and manager of the Caviglia-Arivaca branch library Mary Kasulaitis discusses the history of the Altar Valley and the Buenos Aires National Wildlife Refuge in a day-long program from 9:30 a.m. to 5 p.m., Saturday, Oct. 27; $50, $35 BANWR member, includes a catered, gourmet lunch and an afternoon tour of the Buenos Aires National Monument.
