Vero Amore, the locally owned Italian restaurant run by Aric and Joshua Mussman, will open in its new, larger, temporary location this Thursday.
The restaurant is moving to a spot in Plaza Palomino at 2990 N. Swan Road. The space used to be home to Steven Schultz's New Red Sky and Luna Bar, which quietly closed its doors earlier this year.
Vero Amore will stay in the former Red Sky location for a bit, moving later to another spot that is being custom-built for the eatery by the folks at Plaza Palomino.
The restaurant will have a larger menu and 30 additional employees when it opens at 11 a.m., Thursday, Sept. 6. There's more on the eatery over here.
