This so funny it has to be true! But then I speak from the experience of somehow after twenty plus years with Mountain Bell/US West/Qwest I began receiving ten copies of my monthly bill, yes ten. It would appear each month in a extra large file folder sized envelope. Needless to say after four months and hours of phone calls to every office of Qwest imaginable, it didn't stop ever. Unfortunately there wasn't a alternative carrier at the time, so it was Qwest or no phone. As soon as Cox announced phone service availability in Tucson I dumped Qwest like a hot load of.......and have never had a single issue ever with Cox.
