Who'd have thought that after what we did to them 30 years ago, they'd still want to come here and make us delicious food? Well, the people who run Miss Saigon, located behind the hotel near the corner of Speedway Boulevard and Campbell Avenue, clearly don't hold grudges. Their Vietnamese spring rolls are so light and delicious, you think you've died and gone to Weight Watchers heaven! Did I mention they're low in calories? They've got soup, beef, chicken and vegetarian dishes. If you want a lunch that's satisfying and delicious, only without the gut-stuffed post-Mexican food hangover to contend with all afternoon, Miss Saigon is the place for you.
