The outside of Chef Steve Schultz's newest eatery may not look like much (it still resembles the drive-in it used to be). But inside? Now that's a different story! As promised, garlic is found in most of the dishes. One of the best, if not THE best menu item, is the grilled shrimp. Schultz grills the shrimp to perfection and then serves them with grilled veggies, a scoop of brie and a roasted corn salsa that tastes like it's straight out of the garden. Then everything is dressed in a most silky beurre blanc (oh, maybe this should've been called the "Best use of butter?). This is lick-the-plate good.
