All right, you've got money and professionalism at Arizona Theatre Company, dedication and daring at some little theater companies in town, talent and good intentions almost everywhere else. But when it comes to selecting the best theatrical production of the season, consider who chose the most challenging script and brought it to life with excellent acting and stage direction, despite minimal resources and publicity--and you get Stark Naked's version of Stephen Adly Guirgis' Last Days of Judas Iscariot. Did more than 100 people see this show during its short run in April? Maybe not, but that's the rest of Tucson's loss--especially since, as rumor has it, the company's moving force, Eugenia Woods, is moving herself out of town.
