The BST at Caffe Nation
This little southside eatery is a popular lunch spot with worker bees in the Valencia/Country Club roads area in large part because of its menu of tasty sandwiches, salads, soups and other offerings. But one of the tastiest entrées Caffe Nation offers is not even on the menu: It's called the BST. The good folks at Caffe Nation take the classic BLT recipe and replace the lettuce with fresh spinach, before adding a spread of sun-dried tomato mayonnaise on the bread (we prefer sourdough). The result is a tasty treat that will put a smile on your face, and maybe make your workday afternoon go by just a little bit faster.
