Union Public House owners Steve Stratigouleas and Grant Krueger ventured into new territory at the beginning of this year, while keeping the business at St. Philip’s Plaza. Their new restaurant Reforma serves up an upscale central Mexican-inspired menu with dishes like duck pato with mole poblano and hibiscus flautas. The bar boasts over 200 tequilas and several unique cocktails to utilize the heritage Mexican spirit.
