Wrap your jaws around king of the jungle ($5.75) sandwiches and less-expensive hearty soups and salads served in bodacious bread bowls a la Bison Witches. Eat healthy Chinese at Guilin seven days a week starting at $4.55 with hot and sour or egg drop soup, and choose between more than 40 entrees, fried or steamed rice, and an egg roll--or the curious chicken wing.
