This is very grown-up ice water, indeed: a swig of Ketel Citroen, a splash of Tanqueray 10, a blend of citrus and enough ice to chill it all. This is a perfect cooler that even those who don't drink gin will enjoy. Add an order of the house cheese puffs or a pot of the hanger-steak meatballs in red sauce, and you've got yourself the start of a very fine happy hour. Other drinks on the menu also intrigue. The "pink lemonade" is a blend of rose, lemonade and sparkling wine. And the "people's" margarita gets its kick from mint and a house-made basil-infused agave nectar.
