Phoenix doesn’t like to admit Tucson has something going for it, but our northerly neighbors just couldn’t deny the allure of El Guero Canelo. Just because there’s an EGC in Phoenix now, though, doesn’t make it any less Tucsonan. Case in point, their Sonoran dog. One bacon-wrapped dog sits inside a soft bolillo bun like a testament to Tucson’s greatness. Topped with salsa, mayo, beans, tomato, onion and more, the dog is explosively delicious. Don’t forget the roasted chile.M
