Standards are high in the Catalina Foothills restaurant world. Restaurants have come and gone, even ones that were long time Tucson favorites, so it's definitely not as simple as opening your doors in a fancy shopping center, serving food with somewhat high prices and waiting for the money to roll in. Vivace's classic Italian menu, now served in the former Anthony's space, amps up the richness and the romance and makes you feel like you're a bit fancier than you probably are for a few hours.
