Staff Pick: You know the flan that most Mexican food restaurants serve that seems to be made of gelatin and milk and yellow food color? Well, the flan at Taqueria Pico De Gallo isn't like that at all. This is the real stuff, homemade egg custard cooked down to a dense creaminess, bordering on chew with a dark caramel bottom and lots of thick, dark caramel syrup. Oh heaven!
