We love to fire up the grill in these parts, but sometimes—oh, say, when it's 114 degrees—it may not seem that appealing, especially if you've got guests and other dishes to fret about. Not to worry. Carniceria la Noria will not only provide the meat, but the marinade and the grilling as well. At the small but amply stocked location on East Prince Road, the grill is manned after 3 p.m. on Friday and after 10 a.m. on Saturday and Sunday. Just call in your order and pick it up later, no extra charge—just tip the grill master. Inside, fresh beef, pork and fish is available every day, marinated if you wish, and there are some cooked meats available daily as well. And the house brand tortillas are addictive. Yum!
