Kade Mislinski, Jenny Rice, and co. have conjured up something magical within the ancient brick walls of HUB. We love the comfort-food dishes—mac and cheese, chicken pot pie, house-made pastrami and corned beef—but when we're in a mood to eat healthy, we dive right into the Picky Farmer salad or the grilled vegetables. The cocktail list gives us the ol' razzle-dazzle and the ice cream is, well, the Best of Tucson®. While it's a crowd-pleaser on its own, HUB's buzz has led the way in firmly establishing downtown as a dining destination in this town, which was no easy trick. Let's hope Mislinski has plenty more up his sleeve.
