Sure, El Charro is known for its carne seca, but they've been in this game long enough that they can do everything on the standard Sonoran Desert Mexican Food Menu well, including the carne asada. Throw their perfectly-seasoned steak in a few soft tacos or as an element of one of the restaurant's very-large combo plates, you'll do just fine.
