When you walk up to the repair bay at the Ordinary Bike Shop and see Doug Horner standing there in his smock, with those goofy plastic-rimmed glasses and curls and a big goofy smile, you would be forgiven for thinking you've walked into a sepia-toned photographic artifact dating back 80 years. And that's the way Ordinary does business: old-fashioned. They give you the straight dope and never try to sell you something you don't need. They're always willing to talk bikes, treating every customer like a friend, selling good bikes and accessories, and doing damn fine work.
