Re: “The Economic and Educational Inequity of Results-Based Funding

And there my friends goes the concept of Democracy out the window as an Oligarchy starts to dictate how everything will operate from their perspective. Time to look for a better Democracy to move to because there's so little of this one left to support. I heard things are really nice in Australia and New Zealand. Where's my passport?

Re: “Arizona's Un-Credential. Is It the Beginning Of the End Of Teaching As a Profession?

All of the Republicans in the state legislature and the congress of the U.S. are doing great with a very limited education which home-schooling could provide. The main objective for Republicans across this country is to take every program and department of state and federal government s and privatize them which allows public money to go to private persons, usually other Republicans that will funnel that money back into electing more Republicans. The planning to monopolize governments started after Richard Nixon resigned in discrace and Republican think-tanks have been meeting since that time to achieve the goals of their platform,ie; small central government, low taxes, privatize every part of the federal government, restrictions on individuals that are granted by the Constitution. All conservative governments across the globe are repressive and some of them are murderous. Hitler was a liberal until he gained complete control and then he became an ultra conservative.

Re: “How's the New 'Anyone Can Teach in Arizona' Law Working Out So Far?

Education is basically a thorn in the sides of most Republicans because their opinions matter more than science or mathematics. If the curriculum for Arizona schools was based strictly on biblical principles the legislature would be pouring money into the teaching profession like it was manna from heaven. The students wouldn't learn anything but the legislature could defend their position by saying they are doing everything they can to make education in Arizona worthwhile.

Re: “Border Patrol Agents Bust Migrants Seeking Medical Aid at No More Deaths Desert Camp

Our illustrious leader could tweet to his Republican sycophants that he wants a bill on his desk that states anyone who offers aid and comfort to ANY undocumented person regardless of whether that person is gravely ill or not will be prosecuted for breaking the law and incarcerated.

Re: “The Skinny

Who do the Democrats have to run against McSally? If there's nobody on the Democratic side with any credibility to run against her then this entire charade is moot.

Re: “Arizona Vouchers: Hype vs. History

Arizona is just one more state that wants to privatize everything so that public money goes into private pockets especially pockets that have declared an oath to support and elect Republicans only. The right-wing conservatives were galvanized with the IMPEACHMENT of Nixon and since that time have done everything in their power to totally eliminate the Democratic Party. Unfortunately many Democrats are too uncommitted or just lazy and have allowed the Republicans to take control of everything political. The current White House occupant shows us exactly what to expect whenever Republicans gain complete control. Democrats if you are too stupid ,lazy, apathetic and disinterested in what's happening then stop your bitchin' and bend over because you are going to get the f--king you deserve.

Re: “Meet the New 'What the Hell, I Got Nothing Else To Do' Teacher

This is just one more way for the Republican authoritarians to undermine the Teachers Union and to discredit public schools for not having qualified teachers so they can move everybody into PRIVATE CHARTER SCHOOLS that are still paid for with public money. Republicans never give anything freely unless they have connived to get back more than they ever give. Those wretched bastards.
