B-Sides: R.Ariel

NO MAN IS AN ISLAND

Equal parts haunting and sultry, R.Ariel offers up calming, yet emotive songs on her two most recent releases: Changer and This World. The one-woman band of Phoenix's Rachel Crocker is clearly a passion project, honing musical ambience on her own and creating depth and space. Now on tour with fellow Phoenician and folksy singer-songwriter Bri White, you can catch R.Ariel live on Sunday, June 5. The pair performs together, separately, along with Tucsonans Wet Marble and Human Behavior. The show starts at 7:30 p.m. at Tiny Town Gallery (174 E. Toole Ave.). It is an all ages event. There is a $5 suggested donation at the door to support the two touring acts.
