Re: “Best Farmers Market

Anyone else? Is there still one more idiot left out there, that feels like continuing this? Let me know.

Your comments are amusing, as I am sure you intended. Except for your love of profanity. That gives a hint of your basic character.

What it means is, you are more in love with your own words, than those of others. I have met people like you before. Actually, you are useless the rest of humanity.

Re: “Best Farmers Market

I know I said I was through with this Manish, but there is just one other thing we haven't talked about in depth.

It is the fact that you are hiding a for-profit company, Maya Tea, inside a 501C tax exempt corporation, and sharing your employees between those two enterprises. It is absolutely against the law, and you know it.

No worries at this point, because just like you, I have no love for the IRS. But if I ever hear or see you attack Anna's Kitchen again, in any manner whatsoever, I will call the FBI in a New York minute.

Because 501C corporations are not investigated by the IRS. They are investigated by the Federal Bureau of Investigation. It is tax fraud, and they take it quite seriously. It is a felony. Twelve years in prison, my friend. Take a few moments to think about it. I am sure you will arrive at the right conclusion.

Again, these comments are made by me, not my wife.

Re: “Best Farmers Market

Jared, you probably made the best comment on this entire thread. You're right. It is ugly. You are right again, when you say that there is enough room for lots of farmer's markets in Tucson.

Problem is, Manish Shah does't exactly agree with you on that. He believes he has the right to be the only one. That is really what started this entire thread.

Your comment comparing Food in Root with the Manish enterprise was well intended, but misguided. Food in Root now owns the Tucson Farmer's markets. Heirloom is simply an afterthought. As we move further down the road, you will see I am right.

But I do appreciate your sincerity. Something obviously missing from most of the other comments. I appreciate intelligence wherever I find it.

Regarding the Mexican. I refer to her as the Mexican, because that is what she is, even though she was born and grew up in New Mexico.

I have been married twice. My first marriage was to a Mexican. A Mexican whose family came here directly from Mexico City on Trans World Airlines. Legally. The first three of my four sons are half Mexican. I speak perfect Spanish. So don't run the race card on me.
I've been there and done that.

I am aware of Tucson's great history. The Old Pueblo, and all of that. I enjoy History immensely. It used to be a part of Mexico, but we own it now. It is U.S. territory, like it or not. Tucson is not Mexico. Tucson belongs to the United States, regardless of what Raul Grijalva happens to think.

But this isn't about the History of Tucson. This is about Manish Shah, and you already know how I feel about Manish Shah.

This is my last post on this thread. There is no point in continuing the dialogue. But you did make a good and honest comment. For that, you have my admiration.
