Secondly, Donald Trump? Oh honey...not even close. But I suppose it's really up to the reader to take it however they take it. But I do have a question...what exactly is the lot in life that makes it okay for an adult to ask a parent, in front of their child, what's wrong with them?

Hi Jorgiana. I'm not sure where you received the information that college students are not eligible, but that's not entirely true. College students DO qualify, but only if they meet certain requirements. Here is a link that can help you figure out whether or not you qualify.
