A Taste of Tai Chi

A wellness exercise composed of a series of postures - engaging slow, smooth body movements, natural breath, moving meditation to achieve a state of relaxation and harmony of body and mind. We will explore fundamentals applicable to any Tai Chi style. Presented by Heather Chalon of Move Into Well-Being.
