A Taste of Qigong

When: Wed., May 14, 2-3 p.m. 2014

Qigong teaches fun, simple easy to learn practices to apply any time to foster wellness of body, mind and spirit. Wear comfortable clothes and shoes. Bring drinking water. Call the library to register beginning Wednesday, April 30. Presented by Heather Chalon, MPH.
