It was made VERY clear by the Sanders campaign, I would know, as I personally switched my affiliation from I to D for the Primary after BEING INFORMED BY THE SANDERS CAMPAIGN....
The issue here is that polling locations were cut significantly and party affiliations were mysteriously changed or never processed.
Maybe try reading the article before you decide to add your unnecessary, biased commentary :)
