It would be a real boon to Tucson to see the little trolley system now in operation become the first of many miles of trolley service. Only I'd move it underground and have air conditioned pods for station waiting areas. Yes, trillions of dollars would be needed. But when I look at Tucson from up on the Catalina hills all I see now is smog. A good east-west connector and a good north-south connector, and a circle route to link around. And capacity for people to use shopping carts so that the trolley becomes usable for doing stuff like grocery shopping and the occasional haul from BB&B.

Switch to using wood pellets for litter. The same kind of pellets that fuel wood pellet stoves. Forty pounds costs between $5-9 dollars -- nearly enough for a month depending on how many cats you have. The pellets biodegrade into sawdust. You can dump them in your yard and once the cat poo is degraded you can plant flowers in it.

Given the population of Tucson, if you offered a weekly lunch I think a lot of seniors would drive down and enjoy it. There are a lot of singles over 60 in Tucson and the chance to enjoy a delicious meal in company would be appealing. And doing it during the day would let them get back home before dark --- and before rush hour. Pleas consider!

We've visited Bahti's shop for many years, and always find the staff helpful, not pushy, and NOT trying to sell junk. Some fantastic carvings, baskets, and woven art. Great place.
