Saw Richard and Tim in Charlotte at The Chop Shop on July 31st and was blown away by Richard's presence on stage and how tight the entire band sounds. I don't think many who have heard the Furs recently would dispute that they sound better today than ever before. And Richard's smile and pure joy is nothing short of infectious. One regret is that we didn't bring our 11 and 14-year-old children - this set would be a fantastic experience to share forward with the next generation. Hope they keep touring and that we'll have the chance to see them in North Carolina once again. Favorites from the 90+ minute set: Heaven; Love My Way; Heartbreak Beat; The Ghost In You.
