What is wrong with you people? Putting people WHO ARE NOT EVEN CONVICTED in tents that are 145 degrees inside is humane? If you think so, you have serious issues. I would call them sociopathic ones actually. There will never come a day I would ever lose my sense of compassion for humanity and EVER say that is justified. This ignorant OPENLY sadistic man is a torturer of human beings. That's right, they are HUMAN BEINGS even if they were convicted, BUT THEY ARE NOT...Many are waiting trial. WAKE UP!
