My wife and I (no kids) produce approx. (1)48 gallon bag of garbage per month.More actually goes in re-cycling.Since the sanitation dept. got "busted" buddy punching each others time cards,and supposedly stopped that practice,plus the reduction to once a week,then topping it off by charging us directly,(didn't notice my property taxes go down either!), I figure the sanitation dept. should be tens of millions of dollars in the black!16 bucks for one bag of trash? Let ME pick it up!
