Correct, not only was there a second crew, but crop yields obtained during the second crew surpassed those raised during the first crew. Also, during the second crew, and after the management takeover, the Biosphere operated more like a real remote research station would. That is, with a resident crew taking care of day to day activities and visiting crews of researchers that would go in for different periods of time to conduct research aided by the resident crew.
