Nikia Angel: Wonder if he (McCain) remembers this part: House Republicans cut the administration’s request for embassy security funding by $128 million in fiscal 2011 and $331 million in fiscal 2012….Last year, Secretary of State Hillary Clinton warned that Republicans’ proposed cuts to her department would be “detrimental to America’s national security” — a charge Republicans rejected.

Ryan, Issa and other House Republicans voted for an amendment in 2009 to cut $1.2 billion from State operations, including funds for 300 more diplomatic security positions. Under Ryan’s budget, non-defense discretionary spending, which includes State Department funding, would be slashed nearly 20 percent in 2014, which would translate to more than $400 million in additional cuts to embassy security.

Sad day for Tucson and us Weekly-ites.
But - go forth and do great things, young man and thanks for the gret job that you've done here.
I'm on the fringes of doing something very similar - so - let's meet for cheladas - even if its thru some cosmic connection.
    Rock on, Jimmy.

I wish they would return calls.
1330 would be fun and a moneymaker.
If anyone knows how to reach the owner directly - save me a hassle and I'll buy you a chelada.

Carmona's TV commercial with the two endorsing him is/was a genius production.
Their commercial slamming him seems like it was produced and timed with the sole intention of making them look more like the buffoons that they are.
The 'intruder banging on door' is going to go down as a classic.
But it gives me a sick feeling knowing that so many people are reacting with chest-thumping and high-5's, thinking that Frick & Frack are kicking ass.
    Those people are voting too!

I've been banished and blocked from her page for quite some time.
I think that I was also tarred and feathered by her posse. Not sure.
If I'm not mistaken, it happened cuz I confronted her and pointed out the 97.7964% inaccuracies in about a dozen of her statements.
Or maybe it was my questioning her use of pics and quotes from US historical figures for a month - without one original statement of her own.
Maybe my mouth frothing rant about her and JT Ready rubbing boobies.
Do you think that people on her friends list will listen?
I have to go - I'm having emotions.

Ironically - and please don't tell anyone - I really can't argue in total opposition to anything in this discussion. Except for anything that gives favor to Mercer. Raul has a few points in his favor, but they are weakened substantially by his faults.
I will stand 100% on my earlier rambling.
And as it relates to the headline and Raul's epiphany about the Hispanic vote - well - he may as well say 'Oreos are good with a glass of milk'.
And I ask you all - Are we not totally screwed in relation to the choice/s that we have in this situation?

One of the biggest and most destructive problems that our country faces today is the serious lack of accurate information and extremely low level of voters' true knowledge of the real issues.
To say that Raul is a racist is a red flag sign of this condition.
To say that he's doing an excellent job is another.
To say that he represents La Raza is beyond ignorant.
To imply that representing La Raza is a danger to America, is not even on the IQ scale.
To make a comment about 'south of the border' and 'We don't need him nor them' shows that you are just an ignorant racist moron - a true terrorist of the American way.
I worked hard and campaigned for Raul. And I am NOT happy with him or his performance at all!
But Mercer is a combination of his lazy-assed and above-reality, out-of-touch 'politico' - AND the moronic and racist crap that some of you are spewing here about Raul.
Which one is worse? Tough call - but Mercer is out-pigging Raul by 15 points - today.
Wake up people. Get informed. Get complete information. Stop being reactive robots to media headlines.
