I agree with several other comments here...I think it is highly likely that this young man was suffering from schizophrenia. His rantings have several red flags that go along with this: 1) paranoid ideas about brainwashing and mind control 2) repeating ideas over and over (perseveration) 3) possibly hallucinations - what he refers to as "conscience dreaming". He may have been seeing things and attributes them to dreaming rather than hallucinations. His rantings don't make logical sense but that is to be expected.
