If Mary Pat isn't one for political bullshit she should have never been in that position. The position of Executive Director is nothing but politics in one way or another. If she felt so inadequate about her skills in managing a large agency, she should have identified that years ago and sought out proper training so she could grow professionally, but that's right, Mary Pat doesn't like change. Blinders on full, plow through regardless of the consequences.
I hope what remains of the board recognizes Laura's skills, she is great and has the leadership skills and personality to keep Comin Home afloat! This organization's mission is too important to let the mismanagement of a bad E.D. take it down.
